Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. 10% of the balance is taken when using the ekm secure payment service or paying over the telephone and the final payment is taken once we have organised a convenient date to deliver your order, any other payment gateways the full amount is taken on ordering.
When paying by Paypal or Google checkout full payment is taken unless you email us what you require and we can send you a Paypal or Google checkout invioce for 10% of your order and then we will send you another invioce for the balance once we have organized delivery with you. any problems please call.
Delivery
We only deliver in England & Wales. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 - 35 working days, this is a 1 man delivery door to door service only if you need the item taking upstairs please call or email. if you live in Scotland please contact us for delivery charges
Delivery Costs
England & Wales Delivery Charges Within 15 Miles of our shop from £5 - £20, Orders under £500 £29.99, Orders £501 - £1000 £19.99, Orders over £1001 £9.99, Prices are per delivery not per item (if you have 1 or 10 items the delivery cost will be the same) we charge this to partly cover our diesel cost not to make any profit Any congestion charges or tolls will be added to to the delivery charge PLEASE NOTE This is a 1 man delivery to ground floor only ( to keep our cost down) if you need this item taking upstairs please email or call so we can make the necessary arrangements with you (extra £29.99 for an extra man) however our driver will be happy to help you take the items upstairs without additional manpower and cost but will be unable to accept responsibility for any damages that may be caused We use our own delivery vehicles to give you a better service and minimise damage of your goods in transit we do not use couriers Extra Services available to you Express Delivery option 3 - 10 days delivery £29.99 (extra) 2 Man delivery option (goods to a room of your choice) £29.99 (extra)
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you purchase or receive the goods) and return them for a full refund, less any cost incured to us for transportation or Handling. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
