This is a 1 man delivery to ground floor only ( to keep our cost down) if you need this item taking upstairs please email or call so we can make the necessary arrangements with you (extra £29.99 for an extra man) however our driver will be happy to help you take the items upstairs without additional manpower and cost but will be unable to accept responsibility for any damages that may be caused. We use our own delivery vehicles 95% of the time to give you a better service and minimise damage of your goods in transit we do not use couriers for any assembled goods
